Kenneth Dimech FIA CPA

Kenneth Dimech established the company in 1994. He qualified as an accountant in 1987 and obtained a warrant to act as an auditor the following year. After becoming a partner in a local audit firm, a post he held until 1992, he resigned his post and joined one of Malta’s leading law firms where he managed the international section and oversaw the accounting function of the Firm. Upon establishing Kosco Management Services Ltd he dedicated his full time attention to the company.

Karl Schranz ACCA, MA Fin. Serv., Msc Quantitative Finance and Risk Management (Bocconi).

Karl Schranz qualified as an accountant in 2002. He worked for over 5 years in a local audit Firm, being appointed as Audit Manager in 2003. After graduating from an M.A in Financial Services (University of Malta), he read for an M.Sc in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management at the Universita Bocconi in Milan, graduating in December 2006. He then moved to London to work in Credit Hybrid Derivatives in a leading Investment Bank.
Mr Schranz has experience in pricing of various complex instruments, from Bonds and equity to complex Credit Bespoke tranches (CDO²).
