Our administration staff ensures that the Fund is in compliance with local legislation besides seeing to the on-going daily servicing requirements, including:

- Due diligence on the Fund’s potential participants
- Preparation of Certificates and Contract Notes and mailing thereof
- Verification and payment of invoices
- Payment of Management and Performance fees
- filing of the fund’s abridged annual return
- payment and renewal of annual licence fees
- distribution of NAV of the fund to its clients
- distribution of performance sheet to investors
- distribution (upon request) of Offering Documents to potential clients
- compliance reporting
