Kosco Management Services Ltd (KMS) is recognised as a Fund Administrator by the Malta Financial Services Authority in terms of Section 9A of the Investment Services Act, 1994.

Besides fund Administration, we assist managers with the launching of new funds and thereafter provide complete servicing of the funds. We can assist in the application process by applying for licences on behalf of our clients, as well as liaising with the MFSA regarding any additional information they would request.

These services are intended to alleviate the burden of the day-to-day back office operations and allow fund man agers to concentrate their efforts on the investment activities of their fund. Combining our synergies and experience with Malta’s attractive financial legislation (which is modelled on that of the EU), domiciling a fund in Malta becomes a feasible alternative to other fund jurisdictions.

Liaising with a fund administrator can provide a fund man ager with useful advice and guidance with regards to the establishment and ongoing operations of a fund. This may prove to be of more importance to a fund manager at the start-up phase.
